Política de envío

  • Tracking numbers of online orders will be provided once order is processed and shipped. 
  • Pickup orders must wait for an alert notifying that the order is ready for pickup. 

The customer is responsible for tracking their package.

If you receive your package with an error, whether it is a missing part or not the part you ordered, you will be able to return the package within 7 days after reciept, free of charge. The cost will be borne by the store. Once the package is received, the correct item will be sent to you. If we do not have the item in stock, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the piece. 

NOTE: After the 7 days-period of receiving the package, no exchanges or refunds will be made.

 

We are not responsible for packages or items lost after receipt by the courier company.

 

We are not responsible for incorrectly written addresses by the client.

If any package is returned due to an incorrectly worded address, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
